Service Description
Our team of professionals is ready to help you recover your data! Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. Our data recovery turnaround time is 48 hours. If we are unable to complete the recovery within this timeframe, you will not be charged. If you have a new Mac or external hard drive, we recommend bringing it with you so we can export your data. We can also provide external storage drives in exchange for a €70 deposit, which will be refunded once the drive is returned. Any equipment not claimed within one year will be destroyed. Additional information: - AvenueMac cannot be held responsible for any data loss or for the internal condition of the device after it has been opened in our workshop. - Photo ID is required to return the equipment. - Software and the operating system are not covered under warranty.

*The price shown includes the €50 QualiRépar repair bonus, reserved for individuals, for repairs totaling over €150. This bonus is valid in mainland France and the French overseas departments and territories (DROM-COM), and can only be applied once per device. These prices are not available to professionals.
For hourly rate interventions, only the first hour is eligible for the €50 QualiRépar bonus, subject to eligibility. Each additional hour is then billed at €79.90/hour.
** The diagnostic service is only offered if you subsequently have your computer repaired by us. If you do not have it repaired, a diagnostic fee of €49.90 will be charged.
