We take great pride in carefully preparing and packaging your orders. Just 24 hours after receiving your payment (on business days, of course), your parcel will be shipped from France and begin its journey. 🚀 Don’t forget to add the transit time of the carrier you selected at checkout.
Keep an eye on your package! Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
With this number, you can follow your parcel’s journey step-by-step directly on our shipping partner’s website.
And for shipping fees — no unpleasant surprises! They’re carefully calculated based on the weight of your package and clearly displayed during the final step of your order, including packing and shipping costs. Express Delivery with Chronopost ⏰
In a hurry? Choose our Express Delivery option to receive your order the next day before 1 p.m., provided you place your order before 3 p.m.
Standard Delivery: Tracked Letter or Colissimo to your home (La Poste) 🏠
Choose home delivery, with padded envelopes or boxes delivered directly to your mailbox. If you're not home, a delivery notice will be left, allowing you to collect your parcel from your nearest post office.
Relay Point Delivery within 72h 📤
When placing your order, you can specify your preferred pickup point in the dedicated section. We work with Shop2Shop and Mondial Relay to provide this option. If no point is selected, our system will automatically assign the closest available one. You’ll be notified by email or SMS as soon as your parcel is ready for pickup. The parcel will be held for 14 days from its arrival at the shop.
Returns and guarantees
Included Warranty:
Our products come with a dual warranty: the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. For new items, this warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of receipt. For used products, a 6-month warranty applies to spare parts and a 12-month warranty applies to refurbished Macs from the date of receipt.
Return Procedure:
To ensure an efficient return process, please follow these steps:
- Initiate your return request via the designated link 📝 on our website.
- Make sure to return the product in the same condition in which you received it.
- Pack the product carefully to ensure maximum protection during transit.
- Insure the shipment up to the value of the product.
- Include an invoice or return slip in the package showing the order number and reason for return.
Right of Withdrawal:
At AvenueMac, you have a 30-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of your products. To exercise this right, simply complete our online return form.
To be eligible for a credit or refund, products must be returned in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt. They must not have been used and must be returned in their original packaging, with no marks or alterations. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in refusal of the return and no refund or credit will be issued.
Note: Once your return is accepted, a store credit for the product amount will be issued. You can then freely choose from other items available on our site for a new purchase.
You also have the option to request a refund directly to your credit card. Please note, however, that additional fees will be applied to the refunded amount if you choose this option.
These fees, intended to cover restocking, packaging, and shipping costs, are as follows:

€6 for items such as cables, power adapters, batteries, trackpads, keys, and keyboards.

€18 for higher-value items including motherboards, screens, graphics cards, topcases, power supplies, SSDs, etc.
Refund:
We commit to processing your refund within 5 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item, provided all return conditions are met. The refund will be issued via the original payment method used. ✅

Taxes
Europe
All prices include VAT for the destination country, which will be detailed when you finalize your order.
Intra-Community VAT
When finalizing your order, you have the option to enter your company name and VAT number to benefit from a VAT exemption. This information will appear on your invoice upon shipment. To request a VAT exemption, please send a copy of your invoice along with your company's SWIFT bank account details to contact@avenue-mac.com within 90 days for a refund and invoice update. Please note that this process can take up to 30 days.
French overseas departments and territories , Switzerland and other non-EU countries
For these destinations, product prices are shown excluding taxes. These orders may be subject to taxes and customs duties levied upon arrival of the package. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to verify or inform our customers regarding applicable customs duties and taxes.
We remind our customers that by ordering from our website, they are considered the official importer and must comply with the laws and regulations of the country receiving the goods. It is important to note that cross-border shipments may be subject to inspection by customs authorities.
