Express Delivery with DPD Express or partners ⏰

In a hurry? Choose our Express delivery option to receive your order in 1 to 2 days, provided you place your order before 2 pm.
These delivery times will be confirmed during order finalization.

Standard Delivery with the local post service 🏠

Opt for delivery directly to your home, with our bubble envelopes or packages which will be deposited in your mailbox by the local service. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left, allowing you to collect your package at the nearest post office.

Returns and Warranties

Warranty Included:

Our products come with a double guarantee: the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. For new items, this warranty extends for 12 months from receipt of the item. As for second-hand products, they benefit from a 6-month warranty for spare parts and 12 months for reconditioned Macs from receipt.

Return Procedure:

To ensure an efficient return, please follow the following steps:

- Initiate your return request via the link provided for this purpose 📝on our site.

- Be sure to return the product in the same condition in which you received it.

- Pack the product carefully to ensure maximum protection during transport.

- Ensure shipment up to the value of the product.

- Include in the package an invoice or a return slip showing the order number and the reason for the return.

Cancellation Request:

At AvenueMac, you benefit from a 30-day cancellation period from the moment you receive your products. To exercise this right, you simply need to complete our online return form.

To qualify for a credit or a refund, it is crucial that the products are returned to us in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt. They must not have been used and must be sent back in their original packaging, without any marks or alterations. If these conditions are not met, the return will be denied, and no refund or credit will be issued.

Please note: After your return is accepted, you will be granted a credit for the amount of the product. This credit will allow you to freely choose among other products available on our website for your next purchase.

You also have the option to request a refund directly to your credit card. However, be aware that additional fees will be applied to the refund amount if you choose this option.

These fees, meant to cover the costs of restocking as well as packaging and shipping fees, are as follows:

  • €6 for items such as cables, chargers, batteries, trackpads, keys, and keyboards.

  • €18 for higher category products, including motherboards, screens, graphics cards, topcases, power supplies, SSDs, etc.


Refund :

We undertake to issue a refund within 5 working days of receipt and inspection of the return, provided that all return conditions are met. The refund will be made via the payment method used during the initial purchase. ✅
