All our repairs come with a results guarantee. We are committed to providing a clear and transparent quote. If, after our initial intervention, your device is not fully functional, we will refund the cost of the repair (excluding diagnostic fees).

3. Secure Repair and Return

Once the quote is accepted or declined, our technicians proceed with repairs and post-repair testing or simply restore the device before shipping it back.

The package is then entrusted to UPS for delivery within 24 hours, bringing the total turnaround time to just 4 days.

Avant toute intervention, un diagnostic complet est réalisé pour confirmer la panne. Ce diagnostic est offert si vous acceptez la réparation. En cas de refus du devis, seuls les frais de diagnostic et de transport seront facturés : 59 € TTC pour les MacBook et 99 € TTC pour les iMac.
** La récupération de données n’est pas incluse dans les tarifs affichés. Pour un remplacement de disque dur avec récupération de données, des frais additionnels de 30 € TTC s’appliqueront.
