All our repairs are guaranteed. We are committed to providing a clear and transparent quote. If, after our initial intervention, your device is not fully functional, we will refund the cost of the repair (excluding diagnostic fees).

How does it work?

1. Pick-up Planning

  • Fill out our online form to schedule your device repair.

 

  • A courier will come directly to your home to collect your device on the chosen date.

2. Diagnosis
Express

  • In less than 48 hours: Thanks to our extensive stock of spare parts, our technicians carry out diagnostics and repairs in record time.

  • Expertise: Our technicians specialize exclusively in Mac repairs. That's why there are never any unpleasant surprises.

3. Repair and Secure Return

  • Once the quote is accepted or rejected, our technicians intervene: repairs and post-repair tests, or simple reconditioning before shipping it back.

 

  • The package is then handed over to UPS, with delivery within 24 hours, for a total usual delivery time of 4 days.

QUALI REPAR

As a QualiRépar certified workshop, we can offer you the €50 repair bonus (government subsidy). If you are eligible, this amount will be automatically deducted from your bill at the time of repair.

The €50 repair bonus is reserved for individuals, for repairs exceeding €150, in metropolitan France or French overseas departments and territories, and is applicable only once per device.

* The prices quoted cover only labor and transportation. They do not include the cost of parts, which can be specified upon request for a quote. Before any work begins, a complete diagnostic is performed to confirm the fault. This diagnostic is free if you accept the repair. If you decline the quote, only the diagnostic and transportation fees will be charged.

** Data recovery is not included in the prices shown. For a hard drive replacement with data recovery, an additional charge of €30 (including VAT) will apply.
