If parts are unavailable, our team will contact you by phone as soon as possible to reschedule. Our repair and diagnostic turnaround time is 24 hours. Any equipment not collected within one year will be destroyed. Additional information: - AvenueMac cannot be held responsible for any data loss or damage to the internal condition of the device after it has been opened in our workshop. - Photo ID is required to return the equipment. - Software and the operating system are not covered under warranty.
