Diagnose your MacBook with the expertise of our professional team! Once you book your appointment, our team will confirm the agreed time and send you a detailed confirmation by email. We are committed to completing repairs and diagnostics in just 24 hours. Any equipment not collected within one year will be destroyed. Additional information: - AvenueMac accepts no responsibility for data loss or alterations to the internal condition of the device following opening in our workshop. - Photo ID is required for equipment return. - Please note that software and the operating system are not covered by the warranty. *The diagnostic service is free only if repairs are carried out by us. Otherwise, a fee of €39.90 will apply.

*The price shown includes the €50 QualiRépar repair bonus, reserved for individuals, for repairs totaling over €150. This bonus is valid in mainland France and the French overseas departments and territories (DROM-COM), and can only be applied once per device. These prices are not available to professionals.
For hourly rate interventions, only the first hour is eligible for the €50 QualiRépar bonus, subject to eligibility. Each additional hour is then billed at €79.90/hour.
** The diagnostic service is only offered if you subsequently have your computer repaired by us. If you do not have it repaired, a diagnostic fee of €49.90 will be charged.
