Service Description
Our team of professionals is ready to bring your MacBook back to life! Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. If parts are unavailable, our team will contact you by phone as soon as possible to reschedule. Our repair and diagnostic turnaround time is 24 hours. Any equipment not collected within one year will be destroyed. Additional information: - AvenueMac cannot be held responsible for any data loss or damage to the internal condition of the device after it has been opened in our workshop. - Photo ID is required to return the equipment. - Software and the operating system are not covered under warranty.

*The price shown includes the €50 QualiRépar repair bonus, reserved for individuals, for repairs totaling over €150. This bonus is valid in mainland France and the French overseas departments and territories (DROM-COM), and can only be applied once per device. These prices are not available to professionals.
For hourly rate interventions, only the first hour is eligible for the €50 QualiRépar bonus, subject to eligibility. Each additional hour is then billed at €79.90/hour.
** The diagnostic service is only offered if you subsequently have your computer repaired by us. If you do not have it repaired, a diagnostic fee of €49.90 will be charged.
