How does it work?

1. Planification de la Collecte

  • Remplissez notre formulaire en ligne pour planifier la réparation de votre appareil.

  • Un coursier viendra directement à votre domicile pour récupérer votre appareil à la date choisie.

2. Diagnostic
Express

  • En moins de 48 heures : Grâce à notre vaste stock de pièces détachées, nos techniciens effectuent les diagnostics et réparations en un temps record.

  • Expertise : Nos techniciens sont spécialisés dans la réparation exclusive des Mac. C'est pourquoi il n'y a jamais de mauvaises surprises.

3. Réparation et Retour Sécurisé

  • Une fois le devis accepté ou refusé, nos techniciens interviennent : réparations et tests post-réparation, ou simple remise en état avant sa ré-expédition.​

  • Le colis est ensuite confié à UPS, avec une livraison en 24 heures, pour un délai total habituel de 4 jours.

QUALI REPAR

As a QualiRépar certified workshop, we can offer you the €50 repair bonus (government subsidy). If you are eligible, this amount will be automatically deducted from your bill at the time of repair.

The €50 repair bonus is reserved for individuals, for repairs exceeding €150, in metropolitan France or French overseas departments and territories, and is applicable only once per device.

Before any work begins, a complete diagnostic is performed to confirm the fault. This diagnostic is free if you accept the repair. If you decline the quote, only the diagnostic and transportation fees will be charged.

** Data recovery is not included in the prices shown. For a hard drive replacement with data recovery, an additional charge of €30 (including VAT) will apply.
