 Below you will find our rental conditions, which will be considered accepted once the reservation has been paid. 
 
  Rental period: The rental of the data recovery device is planned for a period of 7 days from the receipt of the device. 
  A deposit of €850 is required before the device is shipped. A payment link will be emailed to you shortly after purchase. This deposit will be charged at the time of booking and will be fully refunded as soon as we receive the data recovery device in good condition and within the agreed timeframe. If you prefer not to leave a deposit, you can send us your Mac and a blank hard drive. We will transfer your data free of charge and return your device to you at no extra cost. 
  Pricing: The rental price for the data recovery device is €99.90 including VAT per week. 
  Return conditions: A prepaid return label will be provided with the device to return the data recovery device to AvenueMac in good working order, in its original packaging, and within the agreed timeframe. Any damage to or loss of the device will be deducted from your deposit. 
  The device is thoroughly tested before shipping and upon its return. If it is not working upon receipt, the deposit will be forfeited. 
  Device Use: You are required to use the data recovery device in accordance with the instructions provided by AvenueMac. Any improper or abusive use may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
