DELIVERIES

All our shipments are made with a tracking number and insurance in case of loss.

All shipments are carefully prepared and packaged. The shipping times from receipt of your payment are 24 hours (working days), to which should be added the delivery times by the carrier indicated when finalizing your order.

Your tracking number will be communicated to you by email when your order is dispatched. You can then follow the delivery of your order on the carrier's website.

The price is calculated according to weight brackets. It takes into account packaging, handling and shipping costs.

Bubble envelopes or parcels delivered to the mailbox, at your home, in case of absence a delivery notice can be left in the mailbox, in order to collect the parcel from the post office closest to your home.

Delivery to a relay point (Mondial Relay) usually available within 3 to 8 days

Pick up your package near you! Many local shops (laundry, press, florist, etc.) available in certain areas only, this delivery method will be offered to you when you finalize your order if it is available for your destination

You are informed of the availability at the Point Relais by sending an email. From the arrival of your parcel, the merchant then keeps it at your disposal for 14 days.
